Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of cosmetics, all sales are final.

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding on this policy. We also understand that there may be a unique circumstance that requires more attention, and in those situations, we would be more than happy to work with you on exchanging an item!

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery of your order. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage. If you would like to request an exchange, please send our Customer Service team an email at hello@bodbeauty.com with the following information: 

  • First and Last name used for the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Order number
  • Explanation of the reason for the exchange request

Once you've submitted your request, we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please note that if an item has been excessively used, it is not eligible for an exchange.
